Chemical Type: Rose oil is a complex blend of more than 300 different components. The major component in a rose blossom is phenyl-ethyl alcohol. However, phenyl-ethyl alcohol is highly soluble in water and is usually lost in the distillation process, unless collected as rose water. Major components are also: geraniol, citronellol(Alcohol), stearoptene nerol, and a small amount of phenylethyl alcohol. Many other components are present in very small amounts but have a substantial effect on the overall rose oil quality (eugenol, linalool, farnesol and e.g.).

Cosmetics
The rich molecular composition of rose oil makes it one of the most beneficial essential oils for skin and personal care products. Our Bulgarian Rose Oil has strong healing, restoring, and anti-aging properties in very concentrated form; adds vitality and balance. Add it to any moisturizer (cream and lotion) to rejuvenate skin and improve texture.
For making a quick rose perfume, mix a few drops of rose oil with jojoba oil.
Aromatic lamp: aphrodisiac, tonic, sedative - 5-6 drops of rose oil.
Aroma Pendant: deodorizing, headache, migraine, normalizing blood pressure – 1-2 drops of rose oil.
Bath: aphrodisiac, restorative, rejuvenating, anti-depression, insomnia - for a full body bath up to 6 drops and 1-2 drops for a footbath.
Sauna: antiseptic, antibacterial, in cold - 10 drops of rose oil in 500 ml water.
Massage: antidepressant, to enhance sexual desire, grinding, and regenerates skin: 25 ml carrier oil/almond, avocado, apricot, grape seed / 8 drops of rose oil.
Face creams: for ageless skin with wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, dry and sensitive skin - as a general rule for creams, shampoos, gels, etc use 1 or 2 drops per 5ml.
Aroma Spray: for deodorizing, toning, soothing – 15-20 drops of rose oil in 250ml. water, shake the bottle, and spray the room.
